Research and Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and algorithm changes. Research trending hashtags and emerging content styles to boost engagement. Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to help inform strategies. Present findings to the team, suggesting new ideas and approaches to content. Monitor key industry influencers and innovative brands for inspiration. 2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors to develop engaging social media and website content. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, on-brand ideas for campaigns. Provide feedback and support to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and goals. Coordinate with the content creation team to meet deadlines and maintain content flow. Create reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for key stakeholders. 3. Campaign Support: Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for social media campaigns. Help in the planning and ideation of strategies for increasing reach and engagement. Support campaign implementation by ensuring all elements are in place and on schedule. Monitor ongoing campaigns to track performance and suggest improvements. Gain exposure to the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution and analysis. 4. Content Creation and Posting: Assist in writing compelling, on-brand captions that engage audiences. Schedule posts across multiple platforms using social media management tools. Help curate images, videos, and other assets for various social platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Maintain a detailed social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting. Monitor post performance and engagement, providing insights for future content creation.
