Role Description

This is an internship role for a Social Media Intern at Birla Fertility & IVF. The intern will be responsible for managing the organization’s social media platforms, developing and curating engaging content, and monitoring trends to strategize campaigns. Additional responsibilities include responding to comments, analyzing performance metrics, assisting with social media campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team. This is an on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Skills in Content Creation, including writing compelling captions, crafting creative graphics, and utilizing photo and video editing tools
• Ability to perform Social Media Analytics and Reporting, focusing on engagement metrics and campaign performance
• Strong knowledge of Trends and Digital Marketing strategies with a creative approach to boost online presence
• Good Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a marketing team
• Any experience or education in marketing, communications, or content creation will be an added advantage
