Job Description

Social Media Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overarching social media strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
  • Lead and manage the in-house social media team and external agency partners, if any.
  • Oversee content planning, creative direction, and campaign execution across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, PR, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure integrated storytelling.
  • Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence.
  • Define KPIs for each platform and lead regular analysis of metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and growth.
  • Manage influencer strategy, campaign collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the brand voice, values, and positioning consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social media when necessary.
