Who are We Looking For We seek a dynamic IT Sales Head with a strong technical background—preferably someone who has successfully sold system integration services and enterprise IT/software solutions. We're looking for a strategic closer who understands IT products and can confidently engage with CTOs, architects, and project consultants. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business for IT infrastructure (IT, Surveillance and Security, AV) and enterprise so ware solutions. • Identify and pitch high-value projects to key decision-makers in real estate, hospitality, hospitals, and commercial projects. • Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into winning solutions. • Build a high-value B2B pipeline through networking, events, cold outreach, and references. • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. • Represent GIBS at industry events and client presentations. What You MUST Have • 5+ years of hardcore sales experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise so ware solutions. • Proven success in closing deals related to: IT, Surveillance and Security, AV • Solid understanding of technical requirements, project workflows, and system integration. • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiate on skills. Bonus if You Have • Existing network in the real estate, architecture, or hospitality sectors. • Experience with large-scale turnkey IT or automation on projects. • Previous work in a system integration on company. Role Overview The Sales Head – IT Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence in enterprise, builder, architect, and consultant segments. This role is strictly for candidates with System Integration / IT Infrastructure sales background (not software/SaaS). Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies for IT infrastructure & system integration projects. • Drive business in areas like Networking, Wi-Fi, Intercom, Surveillance, AV Automation, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Enterprise IT solutions. • Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly & annual revenue targets. • Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, builders, architects, consultants, and enterprise clients. • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. • Own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contracts. • Work closely with project & operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large-scale projects Must-Have Requirements • 3–12 years of proven sales experience in the System Integration / IT Infrastructure industry. • Prior experience in selling IT Infra solutions like Networking, Surveillance, AV, Wi-Fi, Fire Alarm, etc. • Strong existing connections with OEMs and enterprise clients. • Ability to lead, manage, and grow a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good to Have • Experience in handling large turnkey projects. • Exposure to enterprise clients in hospitality, healthcare, real estate, commercial, or manufacturing sectors.
