Head of Social Media – Teamwork Communications Group

Role Summary:
Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of social media across client and internal brands. Drive impactful content, manage high-performing teams, and deliver measurable results aligned with integrated communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead social media strategies
• Oversee content planning, execution, and campaigns
• Manage and mentor the social media team
• Lead client presentations and performance reporting
• Track trends, optimize performance, and drive innovation

Requirements:

• 8+ years of social media experience (agency preferred)
• Strong leadership, strategy, and client management skills
• Expertise across major social platforms and analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
