Role Overview

Fashion Communication



Your job is simple:

Make Ecoright look great, sound great, and show up consistently on social.

If you love making reels, finding trends early, shooting aesthetic content, and crafting digital stories, this role is for you.



Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video & Content Creation

  • Shoot and edit daily Reels using trending transitions, sounds, formats, and storytelling styles.
  • Create high-quality posts, stories, carousels, and Pinterest pins.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes clips, workplace moments, product demos, unboxings, GRWM-style content, and UGC-style videos.
  • Assist with quick photo/video shoots designed specifically for social-first consumption.


Trend Spotting & Creative Ideation

  • Track trending audio, formats, memes, hooks, and styles across Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Pitch fresh, fun, and fast-moving ideas that align with Ecoright’s brand personality.
  • Benchmark content from top creators, lifestyle brands, and global social media trends.


Daily Social Media Execution

  • Help schedule and publish content across all platforms.
  • Support the team in building weekly content calendars and concepts.
  • Document and archive content so that we always have a strong library to pull from.


Community & Engagement Support

  • Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentions to keep the page active and friendly.
  • Surface interesting UGC or creator content that we can repost or build on.
  • Help with influencer coordination (shortlists, briefs, follow-ups, compiling results).


Performance Tracking & Learning

  • Assist in weekly analytics reports: reach, engagement, saves, video performance.
  • Identify what’s working and what needs refinement — and adjust content ideas accordingly.
  • Learn how performance ties into brand growth and content strategy.

  • Are highly active on Instagram and understand how digital audiences behave.
  • Love shooting and editing videos on your phone.
  • Can quickly turn a trend into a brand-ready reel.
  • Write clean, crisp, and playful captions.
  • Are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment.
  • Preferably studied

    Fashion Communication, Communication Design, or similar

    , and have an eye for aesthetic visuals — but the real requirement is creativity and social media instinct.
