About the Role:

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with brand goals.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to plan campaigns and creatives.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and report on engagement and growth.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize visibility.
• Manage social media ad campaigns (basic knowledge of Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads is a plus).
• Respond to audience interactions and manage online reputation.
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or any related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.
