Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms and audiences.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor trends in social media, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Respond to followers’ comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist with running paid ad campaigns and boosting content as needed.
  • Work with influencers or content creators where applicable.
  • Support live coverage of events, launches, or campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience using social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for design and detail
  • Experience in influencer outreach or UGC campaigns
