Role Overview

Social Media Executive

strategic, creative, and obsessed with travel, film, and visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow RealityBox’s social media presence across

  Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy and ongoing campaigns.
• Research and propose

  creative post ideas, captions, and trending formats

  related to travel, filmmaking, and destination marketing.
• Write strong, engaging captions and assist in basic design direction or briefing the design team.
• Track and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and reach.
• Assist in managing content posting for client campaigns (when required).
• Stay updated with global social media trends, travel storytelling styles, and algorithm changes.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams for content scheduling and BTS coverage.

Requirements

• Experience:

  1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role (agency experience preferred)

• Fresher applicants are welcome

  if they have strong creative instincts and understanding of travel or video content.
• Excellent understanding of

  Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.

• Strong communication skills with creative writing ability.
• Basic understanding of design aesthetics, visual storytelling, and content scheduling tools (like Later, Buffer, or Meta Suite).
• Ability to ideate, write, and plan content independently.

Preferred (but not mandatory)

• Prior experience working with media, travel, or lifestyle brands.
• Skills in video editing (Reels or Shorts) or Canva/Adobe tools.
• Understanding of performance marketing, hashtags, and analytics.

Compensation

💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (based on experience and skill level).
