What You'll Do  Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.  Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.  Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.  Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.  Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.  Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives.
