What You'll Do  Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.  Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.  Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.  Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.  Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.  Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives. Skills & Qualifications:  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.  Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.  Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.  A passion for customer service and relationship building.
