What You'll Do
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.
Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
A passion for customer service and relationship building.
