Social Media Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Professional to plan, execute, and manage online promotions across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, grow brand presence, and drive online engagement, leads, and conversions through innovative social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach. Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and others. Plan and execute online promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations to enhance visibility. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand goals. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Handle paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) when required. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive online reputation. Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and copywriting. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and online promotions. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or online promotions. Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics tools, and trends. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools. Excellent communication, creative writing, and visual storytelling skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing. Basic knowledge of video editing or graphic design. Prior experience managing brand promotions, political campaigns, or fundraising (if relevant).
