Job Description

Job Title: Performance & Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Meta Ads campaigns

    (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, leads, and conversions.
  • Manage

    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, and YouTube) with a focus on achieving CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals.
  • Research audience insights, test creatives, and develop

    lookalike and remarketing campaigns

    for better targeting.
  • Collaborate with the

    creative and content teams

    to craft impactful ad copies, visuals, and high-converting landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results using

    Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics

    , and

    CRM dashboards

    , ensuring performance transparency.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on audiences, ad formats, and landing pages to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and manage a

    content calendar

    across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Create or coordinate engaging

    posts, reels, carousels, and stories

    aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Foster community engagement through comments, direct messages, and interactive initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to refine the content strategy and boost reach.
  • Work closely with

    designers and video editors

    to maintain consistent branding and creative quality.
  • Stay current on

    social media trends, algorithm updates

    , and

    ad policy changes

    to ensure relevance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in

    Marketing, Advertising, Communications,

    or a related field.
  • 3 -5 years

    of proven experience in

    Performance Marketing and Social Media Management.

  • Demonstrated success in running

    Meta Ads campaigns

    with measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Ads, Google Analytics,

    and

    Meta Business Suite.

  • Strong understanding of

    content strategy, community management,

    and

    social media analytics.

  • Excellent

    copywriting, communication,

    and

    reporting skills.

  • A data-driven mindset with a

    creative approach

    to problem-solving.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with

    LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads,

    or

    WhatsApp Marketing.

  • Familiarity with

    CRM platforms

    (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and

    marketing automation workflows.

  • Basic working knowledge of

    Canva, Figma,

    or

    video editing tools

    for quick content adjustments.
  • Prior

    agency experience

    managing multiple brands or accounts is a strong plus.
