Junior Lawyer

Position Overview: We are looking for a Junior Lawyer / Legal Associate to assist in due diligence, company formation, legal documentation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in corporate and commercial law and be willing to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal due diligence for company incorporation, mergers, and compliance reviews. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing incorporation and compliance-related documents with MCA and other regulatory authorities. Coordinate with clients for document collection, clarification, and process updates. Maintain detailed records and reports of due diligence and company formation activities. Support the senior legal team in research, documentation, and case preparation. Liaise with government offices, ROC, and other statutory departments as required. Stay updated on Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, and related corporate laws. Ensure smooth communication and timely project completion for all assigned clients. Qualifications & Skills: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university (LL.M. is a plus). 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong interest in corporate law may also apply). Knowledge of company formation procedures, ROC filings, and due diligence process preferred. Strong research, drafting, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital documentation and legal software. Good client-handling and coordination abilities. Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented and organized.
