As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping us connect with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals
• Assist in creating graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in social media management (internships and personal projects count)
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
