Social Media Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing digital and social platforms for brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand tone.

· Manage daily operations of multiple social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

· Plan and schedule content calendars, working closely with the creative and content.

· Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure engaging and on-brand content.

· Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize campaign relevance.

· Handle paid social media campaigns including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.

· Track, analyse, and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

· Respond to community engagement, comments, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

· Stay updated on competitor activities and industry best practices.

· Collaborate with client servicing teams for reporting, presentations, and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in an agency setup or any fresher having good knowledge and practical experience in particular field.

· Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of paid campaign management on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.

· Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
