Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, creative, and driven Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day content creation, posting, community engagement, and analytics for a range of clients across industries like hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, and more.

You’ll be the voice behind the brands — curating, creating, and communicating with impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling social media creatives and reels
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Suite, Buffer, or Later
• Monitor engagement, respond to DMs and comments, and manage online communities
• Stay on top of trends, reels audio, and industry news to create timely content
• Track and report key performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Assist in influencer collaborations, contest management, and ad copy coordination

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms and formats
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva is a plus)
• Creative thinking, witty writing, and a strong eye for aesthetics
• Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools
• Bonus if you’re comfortable with content planning, shoot coordination, and scripting reels
