Our mission is simple: to help women “Shine from Within” through supplements designed for hair, skin, stress, hormones, and overall wellness. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, fast, and detail-oriented — someone who lives and breathes social media and can translate Vitagoli’s vision into daily content and engagement.

Role Overview:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for daily execution of Vitagoli’s social media strategy creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our community, spotting trends, and delivering performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Execution

• Assist in creating engaging content (reels, carousels, stories, static posts).

• Write sharp, relatable captions and hooks aligned with women’s wellness themes.

• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Community Engagement

• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions — respond promptly and empathetically.

• Build real connections with followers through polls, Q&As, and stories.

• Trend Spotting & Adaptation

• Stay updated with latest Instagram/TikTok trends, audios, and meme culture.

• Suggest quick-turnaround content ideas that can boost engagement.

• Influencer & UGC Support

• Coordinate with influencers for UGC, content collection, and reposting.

• Curate authentic UGC that builds trust.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Track daily/weekly performance metrics (reach, saves, shares, engagement rate).

• Share insights and ideas for content improvement.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand/agency.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and reels-first content.

• Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite.

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

• A creative eye with attention to detail.

• Passion for wellness, beauty, and women-first storytelling.
