Social media executive

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube 

* Plan and execute daily posts, reels, stories & carousels

* Coordinate with video editors, designers & content team

* Write engaging captions (Hindi + English / Hinglish)

* Research trending topics, audios & formats in astrology/spiritual niche

* Maintain a monthly content calendar

* Upload content with correct hashtags, captions & CTAs

* Monitor comments, DMs & community engagement

* Analyze performance (Reach, Saves, Engagement) and optimize content

* Support launches, campaigns, and festival-based content (Diwali, Navratri, etc.)

Skills Required

* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Videos/Shorts

* Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut / simple editing tools

* Good command over Hindi & English writing

* Understanding of social media trends & audience behavior

* Interest in Astrology, Spirituality & Indian culture (big plus)

* Organized, consistent & execution-driven mindset
