Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy
Social Media Executive / Intern
with prior experience in a
Digital Agency or Ad Agency
environment.The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, digital storytelling, and online engagement, capable of curating high-impact content and managing the brand’s digital presence across all major social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with FashionTV’s global luxury brand identity.
- Plan and manage daily posts, campaigns, and brand updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Conceptualize and create engaging, trend-driven content including reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned posts.
- Engage with online audiences through comments, messages, and influencer collaborations to build brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
- Optimize content for engagement and reach using analytics and insights.
- Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and production teams for social media shoots and campaigns.
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 0.6 – 6 years of professional experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing (agency background preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital audience behavior.
- Proficiency in Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and luxury branding.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
