· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
· Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand tone and goals.
· Grow social media followers, engagement, and community interaction through innovative campaigns.
· Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to enhance brand visibility.
· Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas and storytelling.
· Analyze key metrics and prepare reports on performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
· Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
· Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with influencers and industry experts.
· 3-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
· Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
· Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
· Experience in paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
