Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join the HealthSy Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, coupled with excellent copy writing skills to create compelling and brand-aligned content. This role requires a combination of strategy, creativity, and execution to build engagement and strengthen HealthSy’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Plan, implement, and manage social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Identify platform-specific strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.

2. Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, ads, captions, and campaign content.
  • Write compelling headlines, taglines, and shortform content for promotions, brand campaigns, and healthcare awareness posts.
  • Proofread and edit copy to ensure consistent tone, grammar, and messaging.

3. Visual Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop creatives that complement your copy.
  • Brainstorm new content formats like carousels, reels, polls, and stories.

4. Community Engagement

  • Monitor social media accounts for comments, DMs, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a consistent voice across all interactions.

5. Paid Campaign Support

  • Assist in writing ad copy for paid promotions.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test ad content and optimize CTR and engagement.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track content performance using insights and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
  • Use data to suggest improvements and future content ideas.

7. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  • Stay updated with platform updates, viral trends, and competitor activity.
  • Experiment with new formats and features (memes, threads, polls, challenges, etc.) to drive innovation.

Requirements & Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and content writing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to write engaging, error-free copy tailored to diverse platforms and audiences.
  • Sound knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their content styles.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics, especially CTR, engagement rate, and reach.
  • Familiarity with content collaboration tools like Canva, Figma, or basic Adobe tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, trends, and audience behavior, with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
