HR Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at HealthSy. This multifaceted role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including facility management, new talent acquisitions, developing on-the-job training (OJT) modules, and managing key HR functions such as attendance and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR practices and be adept at juggling multiple tasks with efficiency and precision. 1. Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and operations of company facilities. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Implement facility-related improvements and manage facility-related budgets. 2. Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely staffing. 3. On-the-Job Training (OJT) Modules: Design and develop comprehensive OJT training modules tailored for different teams. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. 4. General HR Duties: Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures. Skills: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR functions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
