Job Summary:

Femina Flaunt Studios Salon is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to lead and manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Instagram page, creating engaging content, boosting reels, coordinating with influencers for shoots, and running promotional offers.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Manage and grow the Instagram page with consistent posting and high-quality content.
• Create and publish reels, stories, and posts that align with the salon's branding and current trends.
• Run sponsored ads and boost reels to increase engagement and visibility.
• Identify, approach, and coordinate with beauty and lifestyle influencers for collaborations, shoots, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute seasonal and festive offers, promotions, and giveaways.
• Monitor analytics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, client makeovers, and salon highlights.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm updates.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the in-salon team for content ideas, photoshoots, and live sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, and influencer marketing
• Creative mindset with excellent aesthetic sense
• Basic graphic designing and video editing skills (Canva, InShot, etc.)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Passionate about the beauty and fashion industry
