Job Title: Beautician / Beauty Therapist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our salon team in Kurla. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, basic makeup, and skincare. A passion for beauty and excellent client service is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty treatments such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, bleaching, and tan removal
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments or products
• Provide basic makeup and grooming services
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation and tools
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment history

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Beautician
• Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology
• Skilled in facials, waxing, threading, and basic makeup
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude
• Knowledge of different skin types and appropriate treatments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives
