Position: Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing brand presence across platforms, and riding the wave of social trends to keep our audience engaged and growing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Curation:

● Develop engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube – including posts, stories, reels, carousels, and shorts.
● Stay updated with current trends, reels audios, viral formats, and creatively incorporate them into brand communication.● Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to execute content ideas effectively.

• Platform Management:

● Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement across all active platforms.
● Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth; optimize content strategy accordingly.● Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer for planning and reporting.

• Campaigns & Strategy:

● Plan and execute monthly campaigns in alignment with marketing goals and events.
● Collaborate with paid marketing teams for content required in Meta and Google Ads.● Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content pillars, influencer collaborations, and offline integration.

• Trends & Brand Voice:

● Keep a pulse on Gen Z and Millennial behavior on social platforms.
● Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual aesthetics, and communication across all touchpoints.● Identify meme opportunities, pop culture moments, and format trends for instant brand relevance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:
● Proven experience in content creation, caption writing, and short-form video ideation.● Creative mindset with an eye for design, color, and visual aesthetics.● Strong understanding of trending audio, meme culture, and social media psychology.● Ability to conceptualize and execute platform-specific content independently.● Knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and analytics.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
● Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe tools for quick edits.● Experience in managing influencers or local collaborations.● Hands-on experience in boosting posts or running basic ads.

Soft Skills:
● Excellent communication (written and verbal).● Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and self-motivated.● Adaptable and collaborative team player.

Educational Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.● Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management is a plus.
