Key Responsibilities:

• 🎥 Create, design, and upload posts/reels/stories across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• 📅 Manage the social media calendar and posting schedule
• 🔥 Research and apply trending hashtags, sounds, and viral ideas
• 💬 Engage with followers (comments, DMs, community building)
• 📊 Monitor analytics and suggest strategies for growth
• 🤝 Collaborate with design & content team for campaigns

Requirements:

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & trending tools
• Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop & basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
