Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position must be punctual, presentable, and willing to learn. You will perform a range of activities to assist the organization's leadership, with a primary focus on appointment scheduling and reminders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling calendar appointments, typing and formatting legal drafts (proficiency in both Hindi and English is preferred), assisting with day-to-day office tasks, and maintaining case files and documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should possess basic computer knowledge including proficiency in MS Word, Email, PDF, and online search. You must also demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization throughout your work.,
