Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Customer Outreach Executive / Telecaller to join our Business Development team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our core services: web development, mobile app development, and CRM/ERP solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify potential B2B clients, understand their preliminary needs, and set up qualified appointments for our senior Business Development Managers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct extensive outbound calling campaigns (cold calls, warm calls) to potential B2B clients across various industries, identifying key decision-makers. Clearly and concisely articulate Unizo Technologies' service offerings (Web, Mobile App, CRM/ERP Development) and their value propositions to prospective clients. Qualify leads by understanding their business requirements, technology pain points, and budget, ensuring they align with Unizo Technologies' expertise. Schedule and confirm appointments for senior Business Development Managers for detailed discussions and presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, lead status, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, scripts, and target audience profiles. Conduct basic market research to identify new industries or companies that could benefit from our IT services. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1-3 years of proven experience in outbound calling, tele-sales, lead generation, or customer outreach, preferably within the IT services, software, or B2B sector. Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali are mandatory for effective outreach in the Indian market. Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly understand client needs and objections. Highly persuasive and confident in engaging with professionals at various levels. Basic understanding of web, mobile, or enterprise software development concepts is a significant advantage. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
