Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing & Communication.
Reports To: Social Media Manager / Marketing Head
Location: Picnic garden
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across all platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, running paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency to drive engagement, traffic, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, captions, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor daily activities on social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions, etc.) and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes on social media platforms.
  • Identify influencer marketing opportunities and manage collaborations.
  • Support in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, festivals, and events.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
