Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in Noida. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with online audiences, and monitoring performance metrics. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams to drive brand awareness and improve online presence while aligning with company goals and objectives.

  • Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and content creation.

  • Create compelling and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with the brands voice and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of content.


Community


  • Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive online community by encouraging user-generated content and facilitating discussions.


Campaign


  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and feedback.


Analytics


  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and overall engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Collaboration


  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized content creation or campaign execution as needed


Trend


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
  • Research and analyze competitors’ social media strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
