Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive
Location: Dalanwala, Dehradun (On-site, Full-time) Industry: eCommerce | Luxury & Lifestyle | US Market About the Role￾We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Executive who can grow and manage our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of platform algorithms, and the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities- ● Strategy & Planning: Develop, manage, and execute customized social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). ● Content Creation: Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, pins, shorts, and threads. ● Trend Research: Conduct regular competitor and industry research to identify emerging trends, content gaps, and growth opportunities. ● Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to ensure brand consistency and quality. ● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth. ● Community Management: Respond to DMs, comments, and engage proactively with the audience to build loyalty and trust. ● Growth Hacks: Suggest and implement platform-specific growth strategies (e.g., trending audios, SEO-rich descriptions, hashtags, collaborations). ● Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage small-scale paid ads when required. ● Up-to-Date Expertise: Stay informed about social media algorithm updates, new features, and digital marketing trends. Requirements- ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred). ● Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media marketing and content creation. ● Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn algorithms. ● Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Pinterest Analytics, etc.). ● Strong creative skills in copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation. ● Basic knowledge of running paid ads across platforms. ● Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently with ownership.
