Social Media Executive

About the Role
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and engage audiences. This role requires a mix of creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong project management skills.

NOTE: This position is full-time and hybrid, meaning you can work from home as well as office

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant audiences.
• Collaborate with the design, and marketing teams to deliver social media campaigns.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads generated, and conversion impact.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms
• Prepare monthly reports on performance with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and growth tactics.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and copy-editing skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as chatgpt, meta business suite
• Experience analyzing metrics and adjusting strategy based on performance data.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
