Are you passionate about transforming social media engagement into measurable business growth? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Growth Strategist to join our marketing team. This pivotal role is designed for a creative professional who can bridge the gap between our online presence and our sales objectives. You will be the architect of our social media strategy, responsible for building an engaged community, generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and directly driving conversions through innovative digital campaigns.

What Your Impact Will Be (Key Responsibilities):

  • Develop, execute, and refine a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to grow brand awareness, foster community engagement, and align with sales targets.
  • Design and manage a detailed content calendar, creating compelling and high-quality visuals, videos, captions, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and promote our products/services.
  • Proactively identify, target, and engage high-potential leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will build and nurture a lead pipeline through a mix of organic outreach, targeted ad campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Conduct engaging live demonstrations of our products and services, confidently addressing customer inquiries and guiding prospects through the sales funnel to drive conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign success, optimize strategies in real-time, and provide actionable insights in weekly/monthly reports.
  • Develop and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to drive organic traffic and establish our brand as a thought leader in the industry.

What You Bring to the Table (Skills & Qualifications):

  • A strong track record in a role combining social media management with digital sales or lead generation.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices for business, with specific experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive copywriting and the ability to present engagingly during live demos.
  • A data-driven approach with proven ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • The ability to think both creatively to produce engaging content and strategically to build effective sales funnels.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
