performance-driven and creative strategies. We are looking for a talented Social Media

Optimizer (SMO) to manage and optimize our clients’ social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.

Run paid and organic social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead

generation.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).

Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives.

Suggest improvements and new strategies to boost social presence.

Requirements:

1–3 years of proven experience as an SMO or in social media marketing.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Ability to create and optimize engaging social media campaigns.

Basic knowledge of paid promotions and ad campaigns (preferred).

Creative thinker with strong communication skills.

Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates.
