Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing and executing social media marketing strategies, and engaging with the online community. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

• Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in analytics and performance metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience in customer feedback management is a plus
