Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead and elevate our presence on Instagram, Facebook etc. This role combines strategy, content creation, and community management to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to boost followers, engagement, and reach organically.
• Create engaging content (images, videos, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
• Manage content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring daily activities.
• Respond promptly to messages and comments, fostering community engagement.
• Track and analyze metrics to optimize campaigns and content performance.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices for social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent and innovative brand presence.
• Explore influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Good knowledge in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
