As a core member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and growth across digital and offline channels. Your responsibilities will include leading the 360 marketing strategy for the platform, defining and executing the annual marketing calendar, managing external vendors and agencies, coordinating industry exhibitions like CPHI, creating high-impact marketing assets such as brochures and collateral, managing visual assets on the platform, and implementing CRM tools for lead tracking and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the 360 marketing strategy for the platform (digital, social media, content, and offline) - Define and execute the annual marketing calendar - Manage and coordinate with external vendors and agencies - Drive execution for industry exhibitions like CPHI, including end-to-end planning, booth design, collateral development, logistics, and follow-up - Create and manage brochures, visual assets, and product communication material - Work closely with tech/UI teams to keep platform visuals (images, videos, content) up to date - Implement and manage CRM tools for lead tracking and customer engagement Ideal Candidate: - A go-getter with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities - MBA in Marketing or International Business - 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce setting - Experience in pharma marketing or with pharmaceutical exhibitions (e.g., CPHI) is a strong advantage - Proven ability to manage multiple marketing functions and collaborate cross-functionally What We Offer: - Opportunity to work at the intersection of pharma and technology - Be part of a high-impact growth story - Best-in-industry compensation and benefits - High ownership and visibility in a fast-growing business If you believe you are the right fit for this role and are passionate about making a difference, we invite you to apply.
