Social Media & Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and additional platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Consistently publish engaging, relevant, and timely content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and uphold a professional brand image.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Create impactful written content including articles, posts, captions, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Craft video scripts and concepts highlighting renewable energy solutions.
  • Develop content tailored to resonate with senior executives and industry influencers.
  • Translate complex technical topics into simple, relatable narratives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring to inform content strategies.

Video Content Development

  • Collaborate with production teams to execute engaging video content.
  • Repurpose written material into visual formats optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and other channels.

Content Optimization & Analytics

  • Implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and search rankings.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance reach.

Collaboration & Brand Voice

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and business teams to ensure content alignment with company objectives.
  • Infuse personality, warmth, and consistency into all communication to strengthen brand voice.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in

    social media management and content creation

    (preferably within renewable energy, sustainability, or B2B industries).
  • Strong

    storytelling and research skills

    with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to create
