The Role: Your Mission

Your primary responsibility will be to conceive, produce, and execute high-performing content that significantly grows our brand page and fosters a passionate community around our products. You'll be the creative voice and visual editor for our Instagram D2C channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Execution:

  Develop and implement a daily and weekly content calendar focused on high-impact Instagram formats: Reels, Carousels, Stories, and static posts.

• Algorithm Mastery:

  Stay ahead of

  Instagram algorithm updates

  and trends to maximize organic reach and discoverability.

• Reels Production:

  Lead the entire Reels lifecycle:

• Script Writing:

  Conceptualize and write engaging scripts that clearly communicate brand value and product features.

• Hook Development:

  Master the art of creating strong, instant

  'Hooks'

  and use

  'Trial Reels'

  concepts to drive watch-time and conversion.

• Editing:

  Proficiently edit, caption, add music, and apply effects to Reels, ensuring a polished, on-brand look.

• Visual Design:

  Create visually compelling Carousels, Stories, and posts using graphic design and video editing software.

• Engagement Growth:

  Actively analyze content performance metrics and apply learnings to constantly refine strategy and

  drive higher engagement, follower growth, and traffic to our D2C store.

• Trend Spotting:

  Proactively identify viral audio, formats, and niche community trends relevant to our target audience and quickly adapt them into brand content.

Skills & Experience We Need

• Instagram Expert:

  Proven experience in creating and managing content for a D2C/E-commerce brand on Instagram, with demonstrable growth results.

• Reels Proficiency:

  Deep understanding of the technical and creative requirements for high-performing Reels.

• Creative & Writing Skills:

  Excellent command of written English and a flair for creative, short-form script writing and catchy copywriting.

• Editing Mastery:

  Highly proficient in mobile and desktop video editing software (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for quick, high-quality output.

• Growth Mindset:

  Data-driven approach to content; you know how to read insights and pivot strategy based on performance.

• Proactive & Independent:

  Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
