We're looking for a Social Media Ninja - a creative, algorithm-savvy content creator to take full ownership of our Instagram presence. If you live and breathe Instagram Reels and have a proven track record of driving organic engagement, we want to talk to you! The Role: Your Mission Your primary responsibility will be to conceive, produce, and execute high-performing content that significantly grows our brand page and fosters a passionate community around our products. You'll be the creative voice and visual editor for our Instagram D2C channel. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a daily and weekly content calendar focused on high-impact Instagram formats: Reels, Carousels, Stories, and static posts. Algorithm Mastery: Stay ahead of Instagram algorithm updates and trends to maximize organic reach and discoverability. Reels Production: Lead the entire Reels lifecycle: Script Writing: Conceptualize and write engaging scripts that clearly communicate brand value and product features. Hook Development: Master the art of creating strong, instant 'Hooks' and use 'Trial Reels' concepts to drive watch-time and conversion. Editing: Proficiently edit, caption, add music, and apply effects to Reels, ensuring a polished, on-brand look. Visual Design: Create visually compelling Carousels, Stories, and posts using graphic design and video editing software. Engagement Growth: Actively analyze content performance metrics and apply learnings to constantly refine strategy and drive higher engagement, follower growth, and traffic to our D2C store. Trend Spotting: Proactively identify viral audio, formats, and niche community trends relevant to our target audience and quickly adapt them into brand content. Skills & Experience We Need Instagram Expert: Proven experience in creating and managing content for a D2C/E-commerce brand on Instagram, with demonstrable growth results. Reels Proficiency: Deep understanding of the technical and creative requirements for high-performing Reels. Creative & Writing Skills: Excellent command of written English and a flair for creative, short-form script writing and catchy copywriting. Editing Mastery: Highly proficient in mobile and desktop video editing software (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for quick, high-quality output. Growth Mindset: Data-driven approach to content; you know how to read insights and pivot strategy based on performance.
