Role Description

As a Social Media Content Creator Intern, you will support the social media and content teams in planning, creating, and executing content across multiple platforms for Savvytree and its clients. The role involves a combination of content creation, on-site shoots, community management, and trend-based ideation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation

• Assist with day-to-day content planning, research, and ideation for Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create reels, stories, static posts, and moment marketing content aligned with brand voice and trends.
• Identify trending audios, formats, and content ideas to be incorporated into client pages.
• Collaborate with the design team to execute content needs promptly.
• Help create content as per the monthly calendars and campaign objectives.

On-Site Recordings & Daily Documentation

• Capture daily photo/video content at client locations including, workshops, events, and collaborations.
• Shoot vox pops, candid interactions, and other engaging on-ground moments.

Research & Copywriting

• Draft clear, engaging captions for posts, reels, and stories.

Creative & Digital Projects

• Support photography, videography, and basic graphic design requirements.
• Edit reels, short videos, event creatives, and simple layouts using available tools.
• Participate in brand shoots and assist in shaping campaign visuals.
• Influencer, PR & Community Support
• Assist in shortlisting influencers/content creators and coordinating deliverables.
• Support PR activities for events, and brand initiatives.

Social Media Management & Monitoring

• Assist in managing client social media accounts 
• Monitor posting schedules and ensure error-free execution.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and help implement community engagement plans.
• Track trends, analyse performance patterns, and assist the team with basic insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter.
• Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools (Photoshop/Premiere/CapCut is a plus).
• Ability to shoot aesthetic videos and capture visually appealing content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident being infront of the camera
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and platform best practices.
• Ability to interact confidently with visitors, clients, artisans, and partners.

• Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos (reels/stories).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and formats.
• Basic editing skills

• Confidence to direct simple shots and capture real-time content.
• Ability to shoot steady, aesthetic videos in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Professional approach while handling creators, partners, and communities.
