Key Responsibilities:

• Build, grow, and manage online communities across platforms like Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to boost participation and retention
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to plan and launch campaigns
• Monitor, track, and report on community engagement metrics and insights
• Moderate discussions and ensure a safe, positive environment within all community channels
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and brand advocates to amplify reach
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Web3, blockchain, and digital marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in Social Media or Community Management
• Strong understanding of

  Web3, blockchain, crypto

  , and emerging tech ecosystems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple platforms and audiences simultaneously
• Experience using community management tools and analytics dashboards
