What will you be doing

  • Undertaking a range of community initiatives designed to grow and retain the student community on Vedantu&aposs YouTube channels.
  • Communicate to students via comments & email and resolve their queries
  • Building a funnel to identify the problem faced by students, interacting with cross-team members, and providing feedback to the student&aposs comments on Instagram & YouTube.
  • Planning community engagement post, subjective & objective polls, notes & PDF sharing
  • Advanced management of social networks, creating posts and their measurement and analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of posts on the telegram channels & YouTube community.
  • Hands-on experience in growing the YouTube community, telegram channels/groups & Instagram channels.
  • Brand and influencer engagement-related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas, and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote vernacular language channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

    Develop and implement comprehensive organic distribution strategies across digital and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels).
  • Campaign Leadership

    Design and execute organic growth campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and brand presence.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Plan, execute, and optimize organic collaborations with EdTech brands, complementary organizations, and parenting communities.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships (nano, micro, and macro) relevant to student and parent audiences.
  • Negotiate and close barter deals with influencers and partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Content Initiatives

    Coordinate collaborative content such as joint webinars, live sessions, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Analytics & Optimization

    Monitor, analyze, and report on organic campaign performance, using insights to refine future strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring

    Stay updated on social media algorithms, audience trends, and organic amplification best practices.
  • Relationship Management

    Build and nurture relationships within the influencer and creator ecosystem, particularly in education, early learning, and parenting spaces.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure organic initiatives support broader business and marketing goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3 Years + in organic marketing, social media management, or influencer partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, organic content growth strategies, and community engagement.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, education, or parenting-related domains is a plus.
