Social Media Community Manager

The Community Manager role at Talrops involves focusing on building, nurturing, and managing online and offline communities. Your responsibilities will include creating engagement strategies, managing social media accounts, fostering positive interactions among users, and driving participation in events, discussions, and feedback loops. You will be responsible for developing and implementing community-building strategies that drive engagement and growth, managing social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and interaction, and facilitating discussions and activities that encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the community. Additionally, you will need to identify and engage with key influencers, advocates, and thought leaders in the community, monitor community feedback, and escalate issues to the relevant departments. As the Community Manager, you will also be required to plan and execute community events, both online and offline, to promote the brand and strengthen user loyalty. Providing reports and analysis of community growth, engagement, and overall sentiment will be part of your regular tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in community management. Proven experience in community management or social media marketing, a strong understanding of online community platforms and tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. You should also be highly organized, able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, and have a passion for building strong, engaged communities.
