Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across key platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled content creator who thrives on engagement, storytelling, and driving measurable growth. You’ll be the voice of Kollegeapply across social channels, building brand visibility, trust, and an active community. Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn,Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Create engaging, platform-tailored content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and carousels. Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging. Track and analyze KPIs (growth, engagement, reach, CTR, etc.) to optimize performance. Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams for campaigns and product launches. Monitor trends, student conversations, and competitors to keep Kollegeapply relevant and responsive. Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage community feedback constructively. Leverage influencer/partnership opportunities for brand amplification. Requirements: 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency. Strong understanding of platform algorithms and growth tactics. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). Excellent written and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the education space is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in education, edtech, or student-centric sectors. A strong personal or managed social media portfolio.
