We are now looking for a creative, ambitious, and community-driven Social Media & Community Lead to take our brand presence to the next level.

Social Media & Content:

• Own and scale Hunnit’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Build a consistent brand voice through high-quality posts, Reels, stories, and collaborations.
• Manage content calendars, campaign rollouts, and product drops with precision and flair.
• Work closely with the design/production team to translate new launches into storytelling content.
• Managing Influencer collaborations and UGC

Community & Activations:

• Conceptualize and execute

  community activations

  (pop-ups, fitness collabs, styling workshops, influencer/community meet-ups).
• Partner with fitness trainers, lifestyle creators, and brand ambassadors to drive authentic advocacy.
• Build and manage Hunnit’s online/offline community, engaging with customers daily and turning loyalists into superfans.
• Spot and engage in cultural moments to keep Hunnit top of mind in conversations.

Brand Building:

• Collaborate directly with the founders to align content strategy with brand vision.
• Work on positioning Hunnit as the go-to athleisure brand for urban women aged 25–40.
• Track, measure, and optimize engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

• 2-3 years of experience in social media, content, or brand marketing (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
• A natural storyteller with a strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and consumer culture.
• Experience running influencer campaigns, UGC programs, or community activations.
• Obsessed with fitness, lifestyle, and culture; passionate about women’s voices and empowerment.
• Strong at execution and strategy — you can ideate viral-worthy content and make sure it gets shipped.
