Social Media Analyst

At Hashtag Media & Technology, we are a fast-growing digital marketing and technology agency working with clients across India, the UAE, UK, and Australia. We blend creativity with performance to deliver results across SEO, Ads, Social Media, Web Development, and Brand Strategy.

We are expanding our in-house team in Bangalore and are looking for a proactive Social Media Analyst with a creative eye, analytical mindset, and added skill sets in graphic design and business development support.

Role Overview

This role involves managing and analyzing social media campaigns, supporting business development activities, and contributing creatively through graphic content design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media dynamics and a passion for digital brand growth.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Analysis

• Manage content calendars and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports with insights and growth strategies
• Prepare Monthly SMO calendar for clients
• Track competitors and trends for performance benchmarking

Add-On Skills preferred
Graphic Designing

• Create static creatives, carousels, stories, and short reels using Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
• Maintain brand visual identity across all social media platforms
• Collaborate with content writers to bring campaign ideas to life

Business Development Support

• Assist the business team in identifying leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Help prepare pitch decks, client proposals, and case study presentations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for digital strategies and outreach plans

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Canva is a must; Adobe Suite is a bonus
• Working knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of lead generation and digital sales funnels is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hoodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
