About the Role

dynamic Social, Content & Influencer Marketing Manager

Noida office


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Own the brand presence across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and growth objectives.
  • Optimize social strategies for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.


Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop brand storytelling frameworks and content themes across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with design/video teams to produce high-quality creatives (static, video, motion, and interactive formats).
  • Write sharp, engaging copy for social, campaigns, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice, visual identity, and narrative across channels.


Influencer Marketing

  • Build and manage influencer partnerships across categories (micro, macro, creators).
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture influencer relationships for long-term brand advocacy.
  • Negotiate collaborations, campaigns, and content deliverables with influencers/agents.
  • Track and measure ROI of influencer campaigns, integrating learnings into strategy.


Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Experiment with new formats and content approaches, testing for performance.
  • Deliver monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in

    Social, Content & Influencer Marketing

    for

    DTC and Tech brands

    .
  • Proven track record of scaling brand presence and community building.
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to balance

    creativity with data-driven decision-making

Good to Have

  • Experience with paid social performance marketing.
  • Strong network of influencers/creators in lifestyle, tech, and DTC space.
  • Exposure to global DTC or SaaS/Tech marketing campaigns.
